1. Acceptance of terms

By using CleanerWatermark ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

CleanerWatermark provides an online tool to remove the visual watermark (✦) placed by Google Gemini AI on generated images. The service uses AI inpainting to reconstruct the image content beneath the watermark.

3. Permitted use

You may use the Service to process images that you own or have the right to modify. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to process images you do not have rights to
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Remove watermarks from images in violation of third-party intellectual property rights

4. Free tier and Pro subscription

The free tier allows processing of 5 images per browser session at no cost. The Pro subscription at €4.99/month provides unlimited image processing. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and may be cancelled at any time. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

5. Image data

Images submitted for processing are transmitted securely to our processing server, processed immediately, and returned to your browser. We do not store, retain, or review any submitted images. You retain all rights to your images.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that watermark removal will be complete or invisible in all cases, as results depend on image content and quality. We are not affiliated with Google or Google Gemini.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CleanerWatermark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the 30 days prior to the claim.

8. Intellectual property

CleanerWatermark is not affiliated with Google LLC. "Gemini" and related marks are trademarks of Google LLC. We reference these terms only to describe the technical nature of our service (removal of a visual mark from AI-generated images).

9. Changes to terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
