Each file you process counts as one image. The 5 free images reset when you clear your browser storage, or upgrade to Pro for unlimited access.
Can I cancel my Pro subscription?+
Yes, anytime. Cancel directly from your Stripe customer portal — no questions asked, no cancellation fees.
How is payment handled?+
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Receipts are emailed automatically by Stripe.
Do you store my images?+
No. Processing happens via our API and the resulting image is streamed back to your browser. We do not persist or store any user images.
What file formats are supported?+
PNG, JPG (JPEG), and WEBP. All image sizes are supported — we automatically apply HD strategy for high-resolution images.
What if the watermark is not fully removed?+
Our AI is optimized for the Gemini ✦ watermark (bottom-right corner). Results depend on image content behind the mark. If unsatisfied, email us at hello@cleanerwatermark.com.
